METHODOLOGY
PROJECT ROADMAP

ANALYSIS
We perform an analysis of the structure and content of the source document, evaluate any DTP and typesetting work required, check the feasibility within the required time frame, and quantify the text to be translated, the amount of repetitions and the content that can be retrieved from legacy translation memories.

OFFER
Each offer is tailored to specific project needs and strictly follows the requirements of the customer.

PREPARATION
Each project is assigned to an experienced PM, who is responsible for selecting the most appropriate resources and managing every stage to ensure complete customer satisfaction: we create terminology databases and translation memories from previous translations and carry out the necessary pre-editing.

TRANSLATION/DTP
We use the latest computer-assisted translation software, Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) solutions to ensure terminological consistency, optimise previous translations, reduce delivery times and offer the customer more favourable economic conditions.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
We carry out thorough quality checks, focusing on the most sensitive details of the translation process, to ensure that the requirements agreed with the customer are met.

REVISION
Upon request, we submit the translation for revision by a qualified native speaker specialised in the field, to ensure that the translated text meets the criteria of completeness and correctness against the source document.

DTP *UPON REQUEST
We typeset translations in various formats, including Word, Visio, PowerPoint, InDesign, FrameMaker and PDF. We maintain or create from scratch table of contents and cross-reference automatisms. We produce monolingual and multilingual documents, agreeing with the customer on the most effective design for the intended use.

DELIVERY
Deadlines are one of our strengths. We always meet the required deadlines and often anticipate them. We deliver to the customer a product produced with the utmost attention to detail, ready for printing.
